Who we are looking for

It is important that you possess a proactive mindset and attention to detail. You are currently enrolled at a university, and we expect your study to be within technical, science or business area. Our team works with a diverse set of disciplines and stakeholders across the business. We are looking for a team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

To succeed, you:
* are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program is a requirement.
* have good knowledge of MS Office.
* are skilled in oral and written English.

Activités
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with the team with strong focus on supporting our internationally orientated business. In the team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory into practice.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:
* Providing support on reporting.
* Making presentations and other material for internal and external use.
* Participating in stakeholder meetings to contribute to teams overall deliverables.
* Handling desktop material on various topics such as production reports, reporting to the authorities and maintaining of correspondence library.
