With over 250 employees (and growing) in Belgium, our company is looking for a passionate HR Advisor to enhance and complement our incredible HR team.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

As an HR Analyst you play a key role in the employee experience. You nurture and safeguard our employee records, tackle all recurring and new compensation and benefits with stunning precision and ensure compliance with HR regulations and procedures. You are one of many eloquent ambassadors for the company, acting as a strong bridge between HR and our many Cyberdefense heroes. Since there is no ‘I’ in Teamwork we count on your enthusiasm and support with general HR administration & follow-up so the HR department runs ‘like clockwork’ .

What’s on the menu:

Be one of the amazing and talented faces of our HR-team so our colleagues feel taken care of
Keep the meticulous Payroll train running so that the Orange Cyberdefense team can count on a swift and correct handling of their well-earned salaries.
Become an Afas Octobus Extraordinaire and feed our back-office program with accurate data on onboarding, offboarding, bonuses, salary components, and imports like overtime and holiday rights.
Bring the metaphorical light in the darkness and provide the various stakeholders of our organization with accurate reports such as wage gap analyses, CAO 104, and FTE figures
Become our Compensation & Benefits Guru so our employees can sleep on both ears at night, knowing their warrants, salary changes and bonusses are in good and capable hands!
Become an HR Administration Wizard and work your magic so administrative documents including thematic leave, time credit, and official authority requirements are taken care of and well documented
Put your back into a wide variety of HR administration tasks such as onboardings with the team, prepare contracts & annexes, …
Be our Fleet hero, act as the Aorta between our Fleet Partner and the colleagues on the workfloor and overcome mobility challenges as well put your teeth in operational fleet tasks like car switches and escalations
Help us stay a highly attractive employer and a great place to work by supporting the team with projects
Do the small things that make a big difference (sending cards and/or flowers, help out a colleague who is not 100% comfortable with Belgian social legislation law, …)
