Your daily responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be a true hunter focused on generating new business opportunities. You will:

- Actively prospect new clients and markets to expand SoftAtHome’s international presence.
- Develop the client portfolio by identifying and seizing high-potential commercial opportunities.
- Design commercial strategies tailored to client needs and market specifics.
- Lead commercial negotiations from proposal to contract signing, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Monitor commercial performance rigorously and propose corrective actions to achieve growth objectives.
- You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and driving business development worldwide.

Profile & Skills We’re Looking For

You are a confirmed professional with significant experience of at least 10 years selling complex technological solutions in the telecom sector, — either for a software vendor or hardware provider. You hold a higher education degree in business, engineering, or equivalent, enabling you to understand the technical and commercial challenges of our solutions.


You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.


Hard skills

Strong Knowledge of the telecommunications sector and associated software solutions.
Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to manage complex projects
Excellent public speaking skills, particularly for product presentations and demos in English

Strong ability to influence, convince, and negotiate
Initiative, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
